Stylish comfort in a unique setting
This apartment occupies the third and fourth floors of a building over 200 years old, in the old centre of Santo Stefano al Mare. A wide staircase leads to the third floor, then a beautiful spiral staircase links the two levels. There is no lift, but the climb is already part of the building's charm. Inside you'll find a warm, considered decor where every detail counts.
Mango-wood furniture, an open wine cabinet, paintings by local artists and two unique Murano lamps create a singular atmosphere: cosy and compact, but with finishes that speak of quality. The bathroom has been fully renovated recently.
The kitchen was furnished with love — as a chef, I know how essential good equipment is. Everything is here to really cook and enjoy: spacious worktop, quality utensils, Delonghi coffee machine.
The two sofa beds in the living area are not afterthoughts — they're proper, comfortable sleeping places.
The terrace is the icing on the cake: 20 m², marble table, quality furniture and an open view of the Mediterranean.
Looking for charm, comfort and personality in one place? You'll feel at home here right away.
Conviviality and comfort in one space
The living area is the heart of the apartment. At its centre, a round dining table in solid mango wood, surrounded by four comfortable cognac-coloured chairs. For extra guests, elegant poufs and stools provide additional seating.
Plenty of storage all around. A mahogany wine cabinet holds your favourite bottles. The room is lit by a handmade Murano lamp casting a warm glow.
The sofa bed is comfortable both as a sofa and as a bed (140 cm wide) — the living room becomes a welcoming guest room. You'll also find a TV, fast internet and air conditioning.
The kitchen was designed around what really matters: roomy worktop, four gas burners, large fridge, sturdy microwave, quiet dishwasher and washing machine. From knives to pans — it's all here. And for coffee lovers, the Delonghi espresso machine doesn't disappoint.
From this room, direct access to the large terrace. Original elements have been preserved — the space is both characterful and entirely functional.
Calm and style
The bedroom is on the lower floor of the apartment, right next to the entrance. This cosy, well-appointed room offers everything for a great night's sleep. The king-size bed is wide and comfortable, with solid mahogany bedside tables on each side.
You'll also find a large mirror, plenty of wardrobe space, and a painting by a local artist that adds a warm, personal touch. The room is lit by an impressive, handcrafted Murano lamp — a piece of Italian craftsmanship at home.
The bedside lamps also serve as reading lights and have USB ports for charging your devices. Thanks to blackout curtains and the building's quiet location, sleep here is deep and undisturbed.
Fresh and fully equipped
The bathroom is compact but smartly designed, with care for finishes and comfort. Soft green combined with gold accents creates a warm, polished atmosphere.
You'll find everything you need: a spacious shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Towels and essentials are provided — you can enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
A second living space
On entering, you arrive directly in a living area that serves as a second sitting room or extra bedroom. Here you'll find another sofa bed of the same quality as the one upstairs: comfortable for sitting and sleeping.
Extra storage, a separate TV and the floor's own air conditioning unit. Practical, cosy and flexible — perfect for larger groups.
Your spot under the Ligurian sun
The spacious terrace is without doubt this apartment's crown jewel. Warm terracotta tiles, elegant olive-green furniture — calm and refinement throughout.
At its centre, a marble dining table for six — perfect for a long lunch, a good glass of wine, or a game in the evening sun. Alongside, a cosy seating area with three wide armchairs, a pouf and a matching side table, all with soft cushions.
A discreet drying rack for damp towels and swimwear. Plenty of shade for hot days, too.
And then the view… an open panorama over the deep blue Mediterranean. Just you, the light, and the rhythm of the Italian coast.
This terrace isn't simply an outdoor space. It's the living room, an oasis, a postcard become real.
