Is my reservation immediately confirmed?
No — you first send us a request. We confirm within 24 hours and then send practical information and payment details.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (SEPA) or common payment platforms. A deposit reserves your dates; the balance is paid before arrival.
What if I need to cancel?
Up to 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded. Between 30 and 7 days: 50%. After that: 100%. We always look for a reasonable solution.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not — the apartment is small and not set up for pets.
How do I get to the apartment?
By car from northern Europe: around 10 hours. By plane: Nice (1h30 drive) or Genoa (1h30). Parking is a short walk away. All practical information sent before arrival.
